LIFOFLEX (TPE-S)

The varied LIFOFLEX® grades are compounds based on SBS (styrol-butadiene-styrol), SEBS (styrol-ethylene-butadiene-styrol) and SEPS (styrol-ethylene-propylene-styrol). The compoundingprocess enables the adjusting and combining of a wide range of characteristic profiles: wide hardness range (Shore OO, Shore A, Shore D), crystal clear, translucent, natural or dyed.

Thus we have the opportunity to work closely with our customers to adjust the required characteristics necessary for the final application.

LIFOFLEX-V (TPE-V)

LIFOFLEX-V is an EPDM/PP blend. Cross-linked rubber is distributed evenly in the PP-phase. The result is a material with rubber-like characteristics, with all advantages of thermo-plastic processing: high UV- and weathering resistance, very low compressionset, excellent oil-resistance and flexible over a wide temperature range.
