By selecting suitable raw materials special physiologically safe formulations for toys and contact with food can be manufactured.

Under the brand name LIFOLIT® we market soft PVC from Shore A 45 up to 98. Depending on the dosage of plasticizers added, flexible types of PVC with varying hardnesses are obtained.

By adding NBR or co-polymers, elastic properties can be created. Different plasticizers and k-values make it possible to modify very specific properties.

It is therefore possible to create flexible PVC with very high flowability (for injection moulding) as well as highly viscoustypes for extrusion. In addition haptics, appearance, temperature stability and compressability for subsequent applications can be taken into account.
